What does NAFTA cover?
The North American Free Trade Agreement is aimed at providing easier access for manufactures in U.S., Canada and Mexico in each mkt. While this eliminates the need to pay import tax it does not remove the obligation to fulfill regulatory requirements for each country. There are certain minimum requirements that need to be met, which defines a product NAFTA compliant or not.
